The studio is beautiful, the classes are fantastic, a huge variety and at a very affordable price. The owner is lovely and very accomodating. 10/10 I would recommend.

This was a great experience - would recommend giving it a go! Here are my thoughts: * First off, the studio vibe, styling, lighting, music all of it is perfection. Definitely feels like you’re attending a luxe pilates reformer class. It’s also right next door to some great cafes/restaurants/shops if you wanted to make a day out of it. * The classes are affordable. However, the drawback is that there is no in person instructor so you won’t have individual help if you’re struggling with the exercises. For this reason, I’d recommend listening carefully to any tips the instructor gives and using the mirrors to check your form. * There was minimal guidance on changing the coloured springs at the beginning. I was expecting more considering this was a beginners workout and many people are using the machine for the very first time. If you go, have a look at the machine before the workout begins. Essentially, you’ll be changing the springs to the correct “difficulty” as suggested by the person on the screen. For example, they might suggest one yellow and one red spring for intermediaries. So you would take off the other colours and just leave one yellow and one red spring. Watch a YouTube video before you go if you’re unsure. * The workout goes for approx 45 mins and is pretty faced paced. Again, this is why I’d recommend going a bit earlier and looking at the equipment. If it’s your first time doing reformer, it’ll take part of the workout to get used to movements/machine/equipment. I can see the hype around this pilates studio and am very keen to go back! Just a few things to note above but otherwise, worth your while!

Fab studio - pretty and well maintained even without staff onsite and can’t believe the number of class options! Love it 😇

Such a beautiful space. It’s more than a workout - it’s a sanctuary where you come away feeling relaxed and refreshed!

This is what Geelong has been lacking. The studio itself feels more like a sanctuary and classes run hourly- you just choose your level of intensity and preferred class style. It’s perfect.
